Creating cheese enchiladas with only three ingredients is a simple and quick way to enjoy this delicious dish. Here's a basic recipe for 3-ingredient cheese enchiladas:

Ingredients:

  1. Flour tortillas (6-8, depending on size)
  2. Shredded cheese (2 cups, Mexican blend or your favorite)
  3. Enchilada sauce (1 can, about 10-12 ounces)

Optional toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sliced black olives
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce into the bottom of a baking dish, spreading it to coat the surface.

  3. Take each tortilla, dip it into the sauce to soften and fill it with a generous amount of shredded cheese. Roll the tortilla and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
